Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and interactions with MicroFreshly LLC, including retail customers, chefs, food-service professionals, and wholesale partners.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Products & Availability

MicroFreshly LLC produces fresh, perishable microgreens. Product availability may vary based on seasonality, crop cycles, and demand. We reserve the right to limit quantities, substitute items, or decline orders when necessary to maintain quality standards.

Ordering & Lead Time

Orders should be placed in advance whenever possible to ensure freshness and availability. Larger or custom orders may require additional lead time. Same-day or last-minute orders are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Retail pricing applies unless a customer qualifies for and is approved for alternative pricing (such as chef or wholesale pricing). Discounts, promotions, or special pricing do not stack unless explicitly stated in writing.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation or refusal of future orders.

Delivery, Pickup & Risk Transfer

Ownership and responsibility for products transfer to the customer at the time of pickup or delivery. Customers are responsible for proper handling, refrigeration, and storage immediately after receipt.

Shelf Life & Handling

Microgreens are highly perishable. Shelf life varies by variety and storage conditions. We do not guarantee longevity beyond proper handling and refrigeration. Product quality after delivery or pickup is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns, Refunds & Credits

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Any quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup and must include clear photos. Approved claims may be resolved at our discretion through replacement or account credit.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Order changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to scheduled harvest or fulfillment. Orders canceled after harvest preparation has begun may be subject to partial or full charges.

Intended Use

Products are intended for personal consumption, resale, or professional food-service use. Products may not be relabeled, repackaged, or sold under a different brand without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MicroFreshly LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, handling, or resale of our products.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which MicroFreshly LLC operates.
