Professional members receive discounted pricing (20% off), scheduled weekly deliveries, priority harvest, access to custom grow requests, early access to new varieties, free sample and overstock items, and dedicated service support.

There is no minimum item quantity required; however, all orders must total at least $20.

Yes. Memberships may be paused or canceled at any time. Custom grow orders already in progress may not be refundable.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. While returns are not accepted due to the perishable nature of microgreens, we stand fully behind our product. If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason related to quality, freshness, or fulfillment, we will gladly make it right with a full refund, replacement, or appropriate compensation.

Products that arrive damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or not meeting our quality standards qualify for replacement or store credit. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Improper storage, delayed refrigeration, or misuse after delivery does not qualify. Custom grow orders and special requests are non-refundable once initiated.

If MicroFreshly fails to deliver as scheduled, the affected order will be replaced or credited in full.

Deliveries are scheduled based on membership tier and order volume. Professional memberships may include multiple weekly deliveries.

Yes. Custom grow requests are available to eligible members and are subject to lead time and availability. Please note that some custom requests may require purchasing the full tray.
